The Office for Student Affairs has oversight of application and admission processing for the Entry-Level Pharm.D. program. The associate dean for student affairs chairs the Admissions Committee and supervises the support staff. The centralized application service, PharmCAS, is utilized to process electronic applications.
The Admissions Committee is composed of faculty, pharmacy practitioners and pharmacy students from all three of the campuses of the UF College of Pharmacy: Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Orlando. Presently, the Admissions Committee evaluates completed applications and conducts interviews for 270 available positions each year for the Entry-Level Pharm.D. program.
